Wasted water
A timer waters wet soil like dry soil, and at midday much of the water evaporates before it reaches the roots.
HS-IIoT Agriculture
Sensors in the soil measure moisture at the roots, and a controller on site decides when each zone is watered and for how long, in the coolest hours, opening and closing the valves itself. It works without internet, and you follow it from your phone.
Valves close by themselves on a power cut · never waters without limits · every command signed

The problem
A timer waters wet soil like dry soil, and at midday much of the water evaporates before it reaches the roots.
Too much water drowns the roots, and thirst in an Iraqi summer burns the leaves. Both cost you.
A valve left open after a power cut floods the garden and empties the tank. And a system that needs the internet to water stops with it.
Opening and closing valves by hand every day, at dawn, cannot be relied on for a whole season.
What it does
A sensor in each zone at root depth: 10 cm for turf, up to 45 cm for date palms. Moisture is shown as a percentage per zone.
Watering windows for every month suited to the Iraqi climate, and watering waits by itself when the shade temperature passes 38 °C.
A daily budget per zone, a maximum length per run and a gap between runs. Everything stops if the tank runs low or a leak shows.
Decisions are made on site, on the controller with its touch screen. The internet is for following it, never for watering.
No wires in the field: the sensors pass readings through each other to the controller and sleep in between, so their cells last a whole season.
Every zone's moisture, the open valves, today's litres, a manual run in one tap, and an alarm on any fault.

How it works
A sensor in the soil measures moisture at the roots every quarter hour around watering times, and sends it wirelessly.
It gathers the readings, leaves out any sensor that behaves oddly, then decides: water now, and for how many minutes?
It opens the valve, the flow meter confirms the water is really running, and it closes it at the target or the limit.
Every run and every reading is kept on site, then reaches the HS-IIoT platform, and nothing is lost when the internet drops.

Who it is for
Nothing changes for the watering: the controller decides on site. Readings and runs are kept and sent to the platform when the link returns.
The valves are normally closed, so they close by themselves, and the internal clock keeps the time on its battery, so the schedule resumes as it was when power returns.
It depends on the site and the plants. Watering by soil moisture in the early hours avoids the two biggest wastes: watering wet soil, and evaporation at midday. You see the litres used every day on the platform.
In most cases, yes: we fit normally closed electric valves on your existing drip or spray lines, and a flow meter on the main line. We confirm it on a site visit.
A whole season. We recommend one maintenance visit a year, in April or May before the summer, to replace the cells.
We visit your site, measure the areas and the water source, and propose the right number of zones and sensors.
